Do you have a minimum order?
No minimum — we accept orders from a single piece up to bulk runs of 1,000+. Pricing scales with quantity. Bulk orders (24+ pieces) get faster turnaround and volume pricing.
How long does it take?
Most orders ship in 7–10 business days from artwork approval. Bulk orders (500+) typically ship in 5–7 days. Rush production is available with a surcharge — contact us for a same-week quote.
Can I bring my own garments?
Yes. We accept customer-supplied blanks. We’ll need a sample piece in advance to test stitch tension and confirm placement. Damage is rare, but customer-supplied items are embroidered at the customer’s risk.
What file formats do you accept for logos?
Vector files (.AI, .EPS, .SVG, .PDF) work best. We can also work with high-resolution PNG or JPG (300dpi+), but vector ensures the cleanest digitizing result.
What is digitizing and is there a fee?
Digitizing is the process of converting your logo into a stitch file the embroidery machine can read. We charge a one-time digitizing fee based on the complexity of your design (typically $35–$80). Once digitized, the file is yours to keep and can be reused for future orders at no extra cost.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We ship anywhere in the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii via UPS or FedEx. International shipping available on request.
